Hey, I’m Brooke!

Founder of BODY by Brooke, certified personal trainer and nutritionist, wife of 17 years, mom of two amazing kids (Liam and Lucy), and proud mastiff mama to Beau (who makes frequent gym appearances and definitely thinks he's the mascot... or let’s be real, the CEO of BODY by Beau).

But here’s what really matters. I get what it’s like to feel stuck. To try every diet, every quick fix, every “maybe this will be the thing” solution only to end up right back where you started. I’ve been there. I’ve lived it.

For years, I battled emotional eating, body dysmorphia, under-eating, and the pressure to be smaller, not stronger. My turning point came when I realized I didn’t want to just look a certain way. I wanted to feel empowered in my body. I wanted to live fully, not constantly start over on Monday.

Today, I help women who’ve struggled for years with their eating and exercise habits build lasting strength, physically and mentally, through sustainable fitness, balanced nutrition, and mindset shifts that actually stick. No shame. No extremes. No more "all or nothing."

I created BODY by Brooke to be more than a coaching program. It’s a movement. A place where women are seen, supported, and celebrated. A space where we trade restriction for nourishment, guilt for self-trust, and burnout for confidence.

When I’m not coaching clients, you can usually find me visiting Liam at the University of Maryland where he’s studying economics and math, watching Lucy shine on stage at ballet, or unwinding with a glass of sauvignon blanc and Beau snoring at my feet.

Let’s rise, one rep, one meal, and one mindset shift at a time.

My Story

Before I became a coach, I was stuck in the same cycle so many of my clients know well. I spent years jumping from one diet to the next, chasing results I could never seem to keep, and battling a constant inner voice that told me I had to look a certain way to be enough.

I lived in a yo-yo cycle of losing and gaining the same 15 pounds over and over again. Each time I swore it would be the last time. But without the right tools or mindset, I kept ending up back where I started- more frustrated, more tired, and more disconnected from my body.

Fifteen years ago, I was skinny fat, constantly under-eating, drinking to numb anxiety, and relying on extreme restriction to feel in control. I didn’t feel strong. I didn’t feel confident. I just felt stuck.

I didn’t grow up lifting weights or tracking macros. I figured it all out the hard way through trial, error, healing, and learning how to fuel my body instead of punishing it.

In 2017, I left my 9–5 office job after falling in love with fitness. What started as a personal transformation turned into a passion for helping other women break free from the same toxic patterns I once lived in.

I got certified, started coaching in gyms and studios, and eventually built BODY by Brooke from the ground up- a program designed to help women feel strong in their bodies and grounded in their habits, without extremes, shame, or starting over every Monday.

Because if I could rebuild my relationship with food, fitness, and myself- you can too.

My Reason Why

I started BODY by Brooke because I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t feel like home. To look confident on the outside but feel completely disconnected on the inside. To chase results, restrict food, overdo cardio, and still feel like it’s never enough.

For years I thought willpower was the missing piece. But what I really needed was a new foundation- one built on strength, nourishment, self-respect, and a community that actually gets it.

This isn’t just a business to me. It’s personal.

Because I’ve walked through the same struggles many of my clients face. I’ve rebuilt my mindset, my relationship with food, and my health from the inside out, and now I help other women do the same in a way that fits real life.

My mission is to help women stop starting over and finally build the confidence, strength, and energy they’ve been chasing for years. To lose the weight for good and know exactly how to keep it off.

You deserve to feel good in your body. You deserve to feel proud of how you're showing up- not just for everyone else, but for you.

That’s why I do what I do.

I’d love to work with you!
