I started BODY by Brooke after spending years trapped in the same cycles my clients know all too well—endless cardio, extreme dieting, and trying every “quick fix” that never lasted. As a certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach, I’ve spent the last decade helping women break free from that cycle and create a strong, confident lifestyle that works long-term.
I believe in a data-first, strategy-second approach—personalized macros, progressive strength training, and mindset work that shifts the way you see food, movement, and yourself. For me, it’s not just about physical transformation; it’s about rewriting the story you tell yourself about what you’re capable of.
What started as a personal mission has grown into the BBB community, where women come together to build strength, confidence, and sustainable results with a team of coaches who truly care.

Petia Boykova-Schott — Success Coach
Petia specializes in helping clients rebuild their metabolism and find freedom from the cycle of restriction and burnout. She’s a certified online coach and Precision Nutrition coach with a strong focus on pre- and postnatal health, reverse dieting, and long-term habit building.
Over the past four years, Petia has guided clients through all stages of life—from new moms learning how to care for themselves again to women who are ready to heal their relationship with food after years of dieting. Her coaching style is compassionate but direct: she believes in listening deeply, teaching clearly, and holding her clients accountable to the goals they set.
Petia’s ultimate goal? To empower women to step into strength and confidence—inside and outside the gym—without sacrificing their energy, joy, or identity.

Elisa Markoe — Success coach
Elisa brings years of hands-on experience as a certified personal trainer, coaching everything from group strength training to small group sessions and 1:1 personal training. She is certified in nutrition, passionate about women's health, and prioritizes proven methods over trends or quick fixes.
Elisa is truly interested in the story behind each woman she gets to work with. Her coaching style is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and real life!
She’s a girl mom and the daughter of a mother with limited physical abilities which has given her real life insight into the challenges women face during every season of life. Coaching, encouraging, and honoring each unique woman is not just what she does, it’s who she is.
Her objective is to empower women to recognize their strength and potential, both physically and in their overall sense of identity.

Julia Cipolla — Success Coach
Julia is a coach with Body by Brooke who specializes in sport and exercise psychology, helping women build strength from the inside out. Her work centers on the powerful connection between mindset, movement, and long-term well being, guiding clients to train in ways that support both their mental and physical health.
With a strong emphasis on mental health, Julia is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive coaching environment free from toxic diet and exercise narratives. She helps clients step away from all-or-nothing thinking, guilt driven habits, and external pressure, instead fostering self-trust, body awareness, and sustainable routines that fit real life.
Julia brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to coaching. She believes that true progress happens when women feel heard, respected, and empowered..both in and out of the gym. Her style blends evidence-based exercise psychology with practical tools to build confidence, resilience, and consistency.
Her ultimate goal is to help women reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their relationship with movement, and pursue fitness in a way that enhances their lives rather than consuming it.
