From "I Hope" to "I Am" – Owning Your Growth

Have you ever caught yourself saying, "I hope I can be more consistent" or "I hope I get stronger"? Hope is a powerful thing—it sparks dreams, but it doesn’t create results. Hope is like that one friend who always says they’ll meet you for a workout but never actually shows up. Good intentions, zero follow-through.

What if you replaced hope with certainty? What if, instead of crossing your fingers, you stepped up and owned it?

Instead of "I hope I stay consistent," say: "I AM consistent."

Instead of "I hope I can prioritize my health," say: "I AM someone who prioritizes my health."

Instead of "I hope I drink more water," say: "I AM a hydration machine. I basically have a VIP pass to the bathroom."

Your words shape your identity. When you affirm something as part of who you are, your actions begin to align with that belief. It’s not about perfection—it’s about stepping into the version of yourself that already exists. You don’t need permission. You don’t need luck. You just need to decide: This is who I am.

✨ Client Spotlight: Susi ✨

Susi has lost almost 10 lbs in her first month with BODY By Brooke: The Elevated Method. The most powerful realization she’s had this month? She can do this. With the knowledge base she’s built so far, she sees this as a long-term change for the rest of her life. Susi no longer says, "I hope I can change." She says, "I AM changing." 🔥

So, this week, I challenge you to reframe your language. Speak as if you already are the person you want to be—because you are.

What’s one “I AM” statement you’re claiming today? Hit reply and let me know! (Bonus points if it makes me laugh.)
